Product Materials

At Enterprise Wood Products each of our products is built from the finest select hardwoods and veneers. Below you can find a sample of some of the select woods that we use for our custom made items. With over 100 color combinations available and many unique finish options, the possibilities are endless.

Maple is characterized by its smooth, even and fine grain pattern. Natural maple has some color variation, but is generally more uniform than most select hardwoods.

Cherry is a smooth, even-grained hardwood known for its warm, rich look. Cherry ‘mellows’ or darkens with age. Cherry will have some sapwood, mineral streaking, fine pin holes and pitch pockets.

Northern red oak is known for its predominant grain patterns that run from straight lines to arched and pointed. Lightness and darkness variations are noticeable in lighter finishes. Oak is one of the stronger hardwoods.

Red Birch

Red Birch is a strong, durable, closed-grained wood with a very even texture. This species looks similar to cherry wood, but does not darken dramatically as it is exposed to sunlight.
